The new year often brings thoughts of change and improvements. New Year’s resolutions have been made and people are looking forward to the months ahead, which means they may be questioning what they would like to see happen in 2023.

There are lots of big new developments due to land this year from a new music arena to a massive arts venue and changes to local public transport.

We wanted to find out what changes people in Manchester would like to see this year in the local area, so we asked people on the streets their opinions on what could be improved in the city-region.
