And the victorious 2021/22 side will celebrate with their fans when they tour Manchester on a open-top bus on Monday.

Pep Guardiola and his squad will set off from Exchange Square at around 6pm, travel to St Mary’s Gate and then south on Deansgate, before finishing their 1.5km route at the Beetham Tower about an hour later - where a live stage show will take place.

The entrance to the parade stage viewing area is only accessible via Deansgate and the club warned all fans will be searched before entering.

You don’t need a ticket to gain access but people wanting to watch are advised to get there early.

There will also be screens along Deansgate to help more people see what’s happening on stage.

Road closures will be in place in parts of the city, and it’s recommended fans catch the tram if they want to attend. From 12pm trams will be diverted from using Exchange Square and will instead travel via Shudehill and Market Street. This will be until 8pm, TfGM said.
