The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have visited Manchester today (10 May) for the official unveiling of the Glade of Light memorial.
The royal couple arrived in the city centre this afternoon to take part in the event.
The Glade of Light, commemorating those killed in the Manchester Arena bomb, has been accessible to the public for several months but Tuesday marked its official opening.
Prince William made a speech and he and his wife laid flowers as they were shown around the striking memorial, near Manchester Cathedral.
Twenty-people lost their lives in the terror attack on 22 May 2017 and many more were injured. Loved ones and family members were invited to the opening on Tuesday.
