CCTV showed he had been assaulted close to the junction of Hilton Street and left out cold in the road.

He still remains in hospital, police said yesterday, as they confirmed a man has now been arrested on suspicion of section 20 assault following a renewed appeal for information this week. The man was in custody for questioning last night.
