Deansgate Square: man charged with firearms and drugs offences in Manchester
It comes after police evacuated apartments in Deansgate Square on Saturday after they carried out a search of a flat.

A 24-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences following a police search of a flat in Manchester.
Mike Kabeya, of Owen Street, Manchester, has been charged with:
- Possession of a handgun (S5 firearm) x 2.
- Possession with intent to supply cocaine.
- Possession with intent to supply cannabis.
- Possession of criminal property.
The warrant which led to Kabeya’s arrest was carried out on Saturday morning in the Deansgate area and Kabeya will next appear at Manchester Magistrates Court today (Monday 28 March 2022.)
