Cost of living Manchester payment 2022: when is the second government payment, how to apply & claim?

Eight million households in the UK, including thousands in Greater Manchester, are due a second cash payment of £324 to ease cost of living pressures as we head into winter.

Thousands of people in Greater Manchester will be eligible to receive a second cost of living payment from the Government to help with soaring bills this autumn.
