A man has been charged with assault following a police probe into the death of a woman in Bury.
Three men were arrested earlier this week at Gorse Bank Road and Rutland Drive in Bury, after a 36-year-old woman who was taken to hospital by ambulance died.
Police said Bobby Hardman, 33, of Rutland Drive, Bury, has been charged with assault and he was due before Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Saturday.
Two other men who were arrested have since been released without charge.
