What is Exhibition?

Exhibition is a multi-kitchen dining space, which allows you to design your meal around all of the independent food vendors based there. With the addition of Sud Pasta, there are three kitchens currently at Exhibition. They offer an a la carte menu, an express lunch menu a Sunday menu and an afters menu.

Baratxuri specialises in food from the Basque country, cooked over a live fire. Their menu includes large cuts of meat, like their famous Txuleton steaks and whole fish alongside smaller plates. Their original restaurant is located in Ramsbottom.

The other vendor that has found a home at Exhibition is Osma, which has its original spot in Prestwich. They specialises in Scandinavian small plates that are perfect for sharing.

“We’ve passed some major milestones this year, and the addition of SUD to our family is another huge one. It’s great to see that our guests and the people of Manchester have been so positive about the new concept - we’ve only just scratched the surface of what we have planned.”
