Up to 600 visitors to Central Bay will be able to appreciate unrivalled views of some of Manchester’s most iconic landmarks – including Old Trafford football ground, as they tuck in to a plethora of food from around the globe.

Named after the original stretch of dock which was once a thriving loading bay during the industrial revolution, Central Bay will feature ‘Kargo MKT’, a huge food hall with 20 independents and 11 Central microbrewery and gin distillery.

Visitors are told they can expect ‘exciting food and drink experiences, huge outdoor waterside terraces, live music and family events, all whilst sitting at the heart of cultural landmarks such as Old Trafford, The Lowry theatre, Imperial War Museum North, Coronation Street’s studios and neighbouring the BBC.’
