San Carlo to open new high-flying restaurant in Manchester this week

San Carlo, well known for its restaurants in Manchester including the eponymous branch in King Street and Fumo on St Peter’s Square, is about to open a new eatery with a twist on Thursday 30 September.
For the popular Italian chain is setting up shop in Manchester Airport. Situated in the newly Terminal 2, it hopes to raise the dining game for international jet-setters.

Hide AdThe family-owned chain already has a restaurant close to the airport, Fiorentina at the Marriott Airport Hotel.
And well-loved coffee bar Pot Kettle Black will also open a new branch at Terminal 2 on Monday 4 October for pre-flight caffeine hits.
MD of Manchester Airport, Karen Smart, said it was all part of a wider revamp of the terminal, which has seen KLM and Air France move some international routes to T2 this week.
She said: “We’re delighted to see two further Manchester brands, San Carlo and Pot Kettle Black, open their doors to passengers. Feedback for the new terminal has so far been incredibly positive and we cannot wait for more and more passengers to experience it.”
