The Take That band member is marking the return to his hometown with four shows in what he has described as his smallest gig yet - here is how you can make sure to get tickets.

An important gig for the popstar, who was born in Frodsham, Cheshire in 1971.

‘A Different Stage’ is not like your typical musical performance from Gary Barlow either, as it is in support of the upcoming release of his autobiography with the same title that is set for release in September 2022.

When is Gary Barlow playing in Frodsham?

Gary Barlow has announced that he will play four separate shows at the Frodsham Community Centre as part of his tour in 2022.

Including one matinee and three evening shows, these are scheduled to take place at the start of next month.

The first show (evening) will fall on Thursday, 2 June 2022, whilst the second show (evening) will commence on Friday, 3 June.

Two more hometown gigs left, with an afternoon and evening show taking place on Saturday, 4 June.

Where else is Gary Barlow playing?

Gary Barlow’s ‘A Different Stage’ tour will grace various ‘random’ venues throughout the UK in 2022, starting in Frodsham in early June before coming to an end in Wolverhampton’s Grand Theatre on 20 November 2022.

How can I get tickets to the Frodsham gigs and presale details?

The exclusive presale window for Frodsham residents has already opened, with tickets being made available from 9:30 am on Thursday, 26 May 2022.

To see if you qualify, your card must be registered to a WA6 postcode - especially when purchasing tickets through the official Seetickets page.

Other than that, tickets for general admission will be released from Friday, 27 May 2022 from 9:30 am - keep updated by regularly visiting the gigs websites on Ticketmaster and SeeTickets.

If for whatever reason you are desperate to get a ticket to one of the Frodsham shows and they are sold out - which is very likely considering the estimated 240 capacity - the artist has advised fans to use its ticket resale partner Twickets.

Who is Gary Barlow?

Gary Barlow is best known as a member of the hugely popular British pop band Take That.

The lead singer of the band from 1991 onwards, Gary Barlow has since embarked on a successful solo career having won six Ivor Novello awards for his songwriting.

He was awarded the OBE or Order of the British Empire in 2012 for his services to the music industry and Charity. Some of his award-winning songs which reached number one on charts worldwide are ‘Forever Love’ (1997), ‘Sing’ (2012), ‘Let Me Go’ (2013), and ‘Since I Saw You Last’ (2013).
