A restaurant in Manchester has recently been awarded a place in the prestigious Michelin Guide - despite only opening a year ago.

Another Hand on Deansgsate Mews on the upper level of the Great Northern Warehouse made its way into the esteemed foodie guide in November last year, just eight months after opening.

The restaurant is run by local chefs Julian Pizer, Max Yorke and Danny Foggo and serves what it calls 'casual fine dining'. Its signature dish is the Trout Tartare, which chef Julian Pizer says is the most photographed dish on the menu, and has made several appearances across social media.

Julian said the restaurant is proving to be so popular, wait lists for a weekend spot to try out some of their dishes are at about four to five weeks.

Another Hand has seen some well-known faces since opening, with former footballer Gary Neville making a regular appearance and Stranger Things actor Brett Gelman who plays Murray in the hit Netflix show.

The open-plan kitchen with front-row breakfast-bar-style seats retains the intimate and casual feel for diners during their fine-dining experience in this unique restaurant in Manchester.
