Now that warmer weather is on the way, it’s time to start looking forward to beer gardens and alfresco dining once again. And the one thing that can improve this springtime treat is when you can find a spot to relax by the water, in one of many waterside pubs in Greater Manchester.
Although we’re nowhere near the coast, there are numerous bodies of water in the region that also boast great pubs and bars nearby – from Hollingworth Lake to Salford Quays, from the River Irwell to the Mersey.

1. Dukes 92
