A Trafford takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Smash Plug, a takeaway at 12b Moss Road, Stretford, Manchester was given the score after assessment on September 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Trafford's 266 takeaways with ratings, 155 (58%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
