The Good Catch, a takeaway at 59 Brook Road, Urmston, Manchester was given the score after assessment on January 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 269 takeaways with ratings, 157 (58%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
