The Shake Lab, a takeaway at 107 The Orient, Trafford Centre, Trafford Park was given the score after assessment on September 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 258 takeaways with ratings, 134 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
