Wok Inn, a takeaway at 2 Lloyd Street, Altrincham was given the score after assessment on April 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 261 takeaways with ratings, 120 (46%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
