The Grill, a takeaway at 132 Moss Lane, Timperley, Altrincham was given the maximum score after assessment on June 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 258 takeaways with ratings, 121 (47%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
