The Fat Pizza, a takeaway at 15 Oxford Road, Altrincham was given the score after assessment on February 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 266 takeaways with ratings, 155 (58%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
