Hing Fat, a takeaway at 60 Norway Street, Stretford, Manchester was given the score after assessment on July 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 258 takeaways with ratings, 126 (49%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
