Est Est Est, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 104 The Orient, The Trafford Centre, Manchester was given the score after assessment on October 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 491 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 373 (76%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
