The Italian Job, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 35-39 Station Road, Urmston, Manchester was given the score after assessment on August 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 477 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 353 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
