McDonald's Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Neary Way, Davyhulme, Manchester was given the score after assessment on September 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Trafford's 486 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 365 (75%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
