A Trafford restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Paul's Ice Cream Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Trafford Quays Leisure Village, 7 Trafford Way, Trafford Park, Manchester was given the score after assessment on March 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Trafford's 465 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 319 (69%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
