Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to 12 Trafford establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 12 of Trafford’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to five restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Scrumptious Tea Room at 8 Church Road, Urmston, Manchester; rated on September 30

• Rated 5: Wendys at Fiona Gardens, Atkinson Road, Sale; rated on September 30

• Rated 5: Stretford Canteen at Unit 118 Stretford Shopping Mall, Chester Road, Stretford, Manchester; rated on September 28

• Rated 5: Porta 134 at 134 Northenden Road, Sale; rated on September 22

• Rated 5: Istanbull Grill at 47 Station Road, Urmston, Manchester; rated on August 24

Pubs, bars and nightclubs
