New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Trafford’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Trafford’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 2: Serendipitea and Coffee Ltd at 117 Washway Road, Sale; rated on March 8

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And one rating has been handed to a pub, bar or nightclub:

• Rated 5: Sam Brooks at The Manor House, 323 Manor Avenue, Sale; rated on March 30
