Happy Garden, a takeaway at 20 Stamford Square, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Tameside was given the score after assessment on July 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 333 takeaways with ratings, 143 (43%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
