Canton House, a takeaway at 27 Manchester Road, Denton, Tameside was given the score after assessment on January 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 322 takeaways with ratings, 139 (43%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
