Good Choice, a takeaway at 44 Acre Street, Denton, Tameside was given the score after assessment on October 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 318 takeaways with ratings, 133 (42%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
