Lucky Panda, a takeaway at 457 Edge Lane, Droylsden, Tameside was given the score after assessment on September 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 314 takeaways with ratings, 133 (42%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
