Lucky Panda, a takeaway at 457 Edge Lane, Droylsden, Tameside was given the score after assessment on June 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 337 takeaways with ratings, 137 (41%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
