Sweet Vintage, a takeaway at 9 Stamford Street, Mossley, Tameside was given the score after assessment on May 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 329 takeaways with ratings, 134 (41%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
