Lams Fish & Chips, a takeaway at 3 Broadoak Crescent, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Tameside was given the score after assessment on August 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 333 takeaways with ratings, 140 (42%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
