Crunchy Chicken, a takeaway at 175 Manchester Road, Mossley, Tameside was given the maximum score after assessment on October 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 316 takeaways with ratings, 135 (43%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
