Country Style Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 169 Manchester Road, Mossley, Tameside was given the score after assessment on June 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 308 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 223 (72%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
