Herb & Spice, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 99 Foundry Street, Dukinfield, Tameside was given the score after assessment on May 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 282 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 204 (72%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
