Roma Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Wharf Point, 85 Market Street, Droylsden, Tameside was given the score after assessment on March 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tameside's 298 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 219 (73%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
