A Tameside drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Tameside drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Rising Sun Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at Stockport Road, Mossley, Tameside was given the score after assessment on December 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Tameside's 246 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 182 (74%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
