A Tameside drinking establishment has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Tameside drinking establishment has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

White Lion, a pub, bar or nightclub at 7 Market Place, Hyde, Tameside was given the score after assessment on May 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Tameside's 231 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 143 (62%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
