A Tameside drinking establishment has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Snipe Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at 387 Manchester Road, Audenshaw, Tameside was given the score after assessment on May 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Tameside's 231 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 144 (62%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
