A Tameside drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Rising Moon, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Rising Moon Inn, Matley Lane, Hyde, Tameside was given the score after assessment on April 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Tameside's 227 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 144 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
