A Tameside drinking establishment has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Dukinfield Golf Club, a pub, bar or nightclub at Yew Tree Lane, Dukinfield, Tameside was given the maximum score after assessment on June 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Tameside's 230 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 144 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
