Good news as food hygiene ratings given to two Tameside takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tameside’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Dominos Pizza, at 17 Market Street, Hyde, Tameside was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 15.

And East Indian Takeaway, at 137 Old Street, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Tameside was also given a score of five on August 15.

It means that of Tameside's 341 takeaways with ratings, 139 (41%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
