New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Tameside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Coffee Lounge at Hyde Park House, Cartwright Street, Hyde, Tameside; rated on May 30

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: The Snipe at Snipe Inn, 387 Manchester Road, Audenshaw, Tameside; rated on May 31

• Rated 5: Dukinfield Cricket Club at Clarendon Street, Dukinfield, Tameside; rated on May 30
