Food hygiene ratings handed to two Tameside takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tameside’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tameside’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Curry Cottage, at 1 Concord Way, Dukinfield, Tameside was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 18.

And Happy Family, at 23 Stockport Road, Hyde, Tameside was also given a score of three on January 18.

It means that of Tameside's 321 takeaways with ratings, 139 (43%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
