Food hygiene ratings handed to two Tameside takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tameside’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tameside’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Clay Hut, at 187 Market Street, Hyde, Tameside was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 26.

And Happy Garden, at 20 Stamford Square, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Tameside was given a score of three on January 26.

It means that of Tameside's 323 takeaways with ratings, 125 (39%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
