Food hygiene ratings given to two Tameside takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tameside’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tameside’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Mint, at 86 Manchester Road, Denton, Tameside was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 10.

And Tasty Bites, at 165 Ashton Road, Hyde, Tameside was given a score of three on November 2.

It means that of Tameside's 312 takeaways with ratings, 126 (40%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
