A Stockport takeaway has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Saffron's Spice Also T/A Lunch For You, a takeaway at 223 Stockport Road, Cheadle Heath, Stockport was given the minimum score after assessment on July 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Stockport's 347 takeaways with ratings, 181 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
