A Stockport takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Savoury Shawarma, a takeaway at 326 Buxton Road, Great Moor, Stockport was given the score after assessment on July 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Stockport's 348 takeaways with ratings, 180 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
