Chopsticks House, a takeaway at 35 Wellington Road South, Stockport was given the score after assessment on October 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Stockport's 324 takeaways with ratings, 160 (49%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
